Episode 61 Shownotes

This is a ‘road rambling’ episode ruminating on how much it means to have the support of listeners like Susan J and how I thank the universe that starting my podcast has meant meeting people like her.

I share the lesson from overcoming inferiority and reaching out to Lucy Brazier has brought such unexpected generosity and how excited I am to be attending this weekends Executive Secretary Live in Sydney.

Finally I share an anecdote that demonstrates that by treating others as you would like to be treated can mean good things happen for you…don’t give up on the universe, good karma still flows:)

Being Indispensable is celebrating its two year anniversary and to help plan ahead I’ve created a listener survey. If you could spare a few minutes I’d love to have you complete it.

Executive Secretary LIVE is coming to Sydney for the first time in July and I’ve negotiated a 10% discount off the conference price for listeners of Being Indispensable. Get all the details and use the code INDISPENSABLE18 to claim your discount

Finally, I’m working on my first online course and if you’d like to be the first to know when it launches make sure to register your details via this link

Thanks for being an important part of my journey in the last two years!

You Really Don't Want To Say No!

Saying "No" to this pop up form is something I bet you can do quite easily. But if you're like most Executive Assistants I come across, saying "No" at work is a different story.

The trick is to be able to say "No" without actually using the word! So I've created this simple cheat sheet giving you 5 Ways To Say "No" Without Using The Word "No".

All I need is your email address and your name and the cheat sheet will be flying through cyber-space to your inbox before you can say indispensable!
